Text Messaging Terms of Service
As part of Brink’s short messaging service (“SMS” or “text message”) notification program, we collect mobile phone numbers provided by business clients to send operational notifications. Use of the Brink’s SMS-based services is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully. This program is limited to non-consumer, business-to-business operational alerts.

To enroll in the SMS program, you must provide a mobile phone number through our online portal and affirmatively subscribe to receive SMS notifications.

By opting into Brink’s SMS program, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, and you accept these terms of service as well as our general terms of use and global privacy statement.

You are not required to consent to the SMS service to receive any other Brink’s services.

You can opt out of SMS services at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via SMS message.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan.

Anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to view the messages you receive from us when using the SMS service. You agree that Brink’s will not be liable to you if this occurs.
